Privacy policy
This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the Command: Authority Under Pressure website, purchase the course or contact support.
Effective 9 September 2026. These policies describe the course purchase, manual delivery and support process currently offered through this website.
Who operates this website
This website and course are operated by Speaking to Influence Public Relations and Project Management, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and presented by Maher Elusini. Questions about personal information can be sent to VIPCoaching@maherelusini.com.
Information we handle
The hosting service may process your IP address, browser details and request logs to serve and secure the website. This website does not collect card details directly. Stripe processes payment and related contact information on its hosted checkout, and Skool processes the information needed to create or use your course account.
If you email the support address, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are used to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Video and third party services
The introduction video is hosted by Wistia and begins automatically in muted mode when the sales page loads. Loading the player allows Wistia to receive information such as your IP address and browser details and may involve cookies or viewing information under its own privacy policy. You can pause the video or use the player controls at any time.
The checkout button opens a Stripe-hosted payment page. If you choose to continue, Stripe receives the payment and contact information needed to process the transaction under its own privacy notice and terms. The course platform is Skool, whose data practices apply when an invitation is issued and you choose to create or use an account.
Cookies and advertising
This website does not currently include an advertising pixel or a marketing analytics integration. The host may use essential technologies for security. The Wistia player may use its own technologies when the sales page loads. Stripe is not loaded on the sales page; its hosted service loads only after you select the checkout button. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
If advertising or nonessential analytics are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they are activated.
Course and marketing communications
Purchase details are used to verify payment, send the Skool invitation manually to the purchase email, maintain course access, process refund requests and provide support. A course purchase or support request is not treated as permission for unrelated marketing.
Access instructions and service messages are distinct from optional promotional emails. If you separately opt into marketing, you can unsubscribe without losing access to services you purchased. Kit is not connected to this course checkout.
Retention, security and international processing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the course, support purchases, meet recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Service providers may process information outside your country. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Requests and updates
Contact VIPCoaching@maherelusini.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Your rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies.
