Refund policy
A full refund is available when a valid request is received within 14 days of purchasing Command: Authority Under Pressure.
Effective 9 September 2026. These policies describe the course purchase, manual delivery and support process currently offered through this website.
The refund window
Request your refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. There is no course-completion requirement or hidden usage condition for a request made inside this window. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
How to request a refund
Email VIPCoaching@maherelusini.com from the address used for your purchase. Include your name, purchase date and receipt or order reference so the transaction can be located. Use the subject “Command course refund request”. Do not include full payment card information.
Processing and access
The seller reviews and processes refund requests; Stripe is the payment processor, not the course provider. Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary and will be communicated when the refund is initiated.
A refunded purchase does not retain the paid course entitlement. Community membership is independent of this course purchase and is governed by the terms of that separate offer.
Payment or access problems
If you were charged incorrectly or cannot access a purchased course, contact support rather than buying again. Provide the Stripe receipt and the email used for purchase.
This commercial refund policy does not remove any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
