Use an email address you control and keep your platform credentials secure. Report access issues using the purchase email and receipt reference. Do not email full card details or passwords.
Use of the course and intellectual property
Course access is intended for the individual purchaser’s learning and application. It does not transfer ownership of the videos, writing, frameworks, worksheets or branding. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or provide shared account access to the training without written permission.
Applying what you learn in your own work is encouraged. A license to teach, certify others in or commercially distribute The MAHER System™ is not included in this digital course. Third party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Course users must keep their account secure, respect other users and avoid account sharing, harassment, spam, misuse or unauthorized distribution. Skool’s platform rules also apply.
The delivery platform, lesson organization and supporting materials may change when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the course. Material changes must not be used to evade paid access commitments or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds and results
A full refund is available when a valid request is received within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for the request process. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
The course is educational. Outcomes depend on practice, experience and circumstances. No earnings, promotion, funding, speaking opportunity, clinical outcome or specific performance result is guaranteed.
